BillingHow do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your Kapsul AI Premium subscription at any time through one of these methods:
- In-app: Go to Settings → Subscription → Cancel Subscription
- Apple ID Settings: Open iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Kapsul AI → Cancel
- Email: Send a cancellation request to support@kapsulai.com
After cancellation, you will retain Premium access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods, in accordance with Apple's subscription policies.
UsageIs Kapsul AI available in Turkish?
Yes. Kapsul AI is available in Turkish and English. The app automatically adapts to your device's language settings, or you can manually switch languages in the app settings. All educational wellness content is available in both languages.
PrivacyCan I delete my account and data?
Yes. You can request complete account and data deletion at any time:
- In-app: Go to Settings → Account → Delete My Account
- Email: Send a deletion request to support@kapsulai.com
We will process your request within 30 days and permanently remove all personal data associated with your account, in compliance with applicable data protection regulations.
